Is there really a free plan?
Yes, the Starter plan is free forever. No credit card required. You get 1 active job posting and up to 50 candidates — plenty to get your first hire done.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll only be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data belongs to you. You can export all candidates, notes, and job data as CSV before canceling. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
Yes! We offer 30% off for registered nonprofits and early-stage startups (under $1M ARR). Contact us with your details and we'll apply the discount to your account.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts, ever. All paid plans are month-to-month by default. You can opt into annual billing to save 20%, but there's no minimum commitment period.
